Kolkata Hosts International Buddha Peace Award Ceremony, Honouring Excellence and Public Service
Kolkata, June 12: In a significant gathering dedicated to peace, social harmony, and public service, the International Buddha Peace Award Ceremony was organized by the Maitry Peace Foundation at Rabindra Tirtha, New Town, Kolkata. The event was held under the leadership of Mr. Surajit Barua, President of Maitry Peace Foundation, and brought together prominent personalities from government, business, education, healthcare, culture, and social service sectors.
The ceremony celebrated individuals whose work has contributed to the betterment of society and reflected the values of compassion, non-violence, and humanitarian service championed by Lord Buddha.
